This policy explains what personal data Nov Vek Real Estate collects through the Shivana Residence website, why, on what legal basis, how long it is kept and what rights you have. It follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and the Electronic Communications Act.

What data we process and why
We only process the data we need for a specific purpose. We do not profile you and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Do you have to give us your data? No, it is not a legal or contractual requirement. Without it, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry or arrange a viewing.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not set tracking cookies. To remember your choice in the cookie banner it saves one entry in your browser's local storage. This entry is not sent to us or to anyone else.

The website does not currently use analytics or marketing tools. If that changes, we will list them in this table and switch them on only after your explicit consent through the banner, in line with Art. 4a(1) of the Electronic Communications Act.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before it.
Third-party content
- Fonts, images and the 360° view are served from our own server.
- The interactive map on the Location page loads the MapLibre library from unpkg.com and map tiles from OpenFreeMap. Your browser connects to these services, which receive your IP address and the map area you view, only when the map is on screen.
- Google Maps links are ordinary links. Nothing is sent to Google until you open one, after which Google's privacy policy applies.
Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
- the website's hosting provider, which stores data on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR;
- our email provider, through which we receive and send messages;
- public authorities, where the law requires us to, for example at the request of a court or prosecutor.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right:
- of access, to confirm whether we process your data and to receive a copy;
- to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), where the data is no longer needed or you withdraw consent;
- to restriction of processing;
- to data portability, to receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.
To exercise a right, write to office@novvek.bg. We reply free of charge and without undue delay, and no later than one month after receiving your request. For complex or numerous requests this may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you if so. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.

Data security
The website runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the enquiries we receive is limited to the staff who need it and protected by a password. The forms are protected against automated spam without external services or cookies.
Children
The website is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Under Art. 25c of the Personal Data Protection Act, consent for a person under 14 is given by a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have received such data without consent, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we process data or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change.
